Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Charges:   Shipping charges are based on order value unless oversized.
  • Shipment by UPS:  Shipping requires a street address (no PO Box’s). Shipping available in USA.
  • Delivery time:  Allow 2-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items in the USA.
  • Shipping Origin:  Deerfield Beach, FL; USA
  • Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible.
  • Tracking Number:  The day your order ships, you will receive e-mail notification of the shipment along with UPS tracking information.

Backordered Items

  • Backorders:  If an item is backordered, Tonker will notify you via e-mail or Phone.
  • Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date:  Tonker will notify you via e-mail and give you a cancellation option.
  • Filling Backorders:   Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
