Ordering at Tonker Has Never Been Easier: |

- Tonker.com uses state-of-the-art online shopping cart technology.
- Ordering is easy, quick, and secure.
Adding items to your shopping
cart:
- Select an Item:
- Size Charts: Helmets and
apparel come in different sizes. Access the size chart to determine
the size for your purchase. If no drop-down menus appear with
an individual product, there are no options available for that
product (i.e.. one-size-fits-all hats, etc.).
- View Colors: Use the thumbnails to view different
color options.
- Add to Cart: Once you have decided on the item,
click the add to cart button.
- Select Size & Color:
Click on the correct size and color from the drop-down menus.
- Zip Code: Put your zip code in the box to get
your shipping fee. You must click the "Recalculate"
buttom to get your shipping rates.
- Order: Click on the "Checkout"
button to finalize your purchase, or click on the "Continue
Shopping" buttom to continue shopping
Shopping Cart Changes:
- Change Quantity: Place
the cursor on the quantity box next to the item that has the incorrect
quantity. Change the quantity . Click on the "Recalculate"
button.
- Remove an Item: Place the
cursor on the quantity box next to the item that you want removed
and put zero in the box. Click on the "Recalculate"
button.
- Add another Item: Click
on the "Continue Shopping"
button. The Tonker home page will reopen. Start the product selection
process again.
- Complete the Purchase:
When your shopping cart contains the items you wish to buy, click
on the "Checkout"
button. The secure shipping information screen will open. Click
on the "Submit This Order"
button.
Billing and Shipping Information:
- Fill in the blanks with your billing and shipping information.
Remember, this is where your package will be shipped. Accuracy
will ensure quick delivery.
- If you want the package to be sent to a location other than
your billing address, you must fill out the Shipping Information
Form.
- After entering your shipping information, fill in your credit
card information. Click on the "Submit
This Order" button.
Order Confirmation:
- This page contains your order information and order confirmation
number.
- Print this page for your records.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation automatically.
