You guys are awesome!! I received my credit like the speed of light (even though it was my fault in ordering the wrong things!) and now today I received my new jacket! All of this took place within a weeks time!! You guys are the best when it comes to customer service and awesome products! This is my 4th or 5th time ordering from Tonker and every time the experience has been great. My last order for a Shoei X-11 helmet was placed on Tuesday and received on Thursday, and the price was great. I was about ready to order a pair of carbon fiber Yoshimura slip-ons, but alas an inattentive driver in a minivan totaled my bike (thus the need for the new helmet!). When I replace the bike, I'll be back for more goodies. Vern
